Help Desk Support - Short notes:

1. We Identifies, researches, and resolves core technical problems.
2. Denken global works as a service console operator for our prestigious customers. We have various departments to take special care to solve the issues immediately.
3. We people immediately responds to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support.
4. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
5. We Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports submitted to a supervisor or manager.
6. We Provides phone and in-person support to users in problem solving activities using information center tools. May also include support in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Web apps developed under this task or predecessors.
7. Our engineers are having relevant experience Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude.

The Helpdesk team is able to assist with the following:

1. Shipment tracking queries
2. Damaged or incorrect shipments
3. Customs clearance issues
4. Late or lost shipments
